RefectoCil Blonde Brow №0 Lightening Paste for Eyebrows and Lashes
The Blond Brow paste is used for lightening eyebrows and lashes in the following cases:
- for lightening eyebrows to the desired natural shade;
- before applying RefectoCil dyes №1.1 (graphite), №2.1 (blue), №3.1 (light brown), №4 (chestnut), №4.1 (red), (violet);
- for lightening dark eyebrows to match the color of lightened/dyed hair;
- for evening out the color of gray hair for further uniform dyeing.
With the help of RefectoCil №0 paste, you can lighten the hair by 3 tones.
RefectoCil Brow Dye №0 only works with a 3% cream developer. It is mixed with the developer in a ratio of 1:1.5
