Cold Blond OKIS BROW Eyebrow Cream

Cream paint with henna extract OKIS BROW helps to achieve the effect of powdered eyebrows - provides a denser color and durability of the dye on the skin.
Cold Blond (cool) - the lightest shade in the palette, has a cool temperature, ideal for ash blondes. To darken, it is recommended to add 20% of the Gentle Brown shade.
It is also suitable for diluting any color on the palette. A good mix will be Cold Blond and Hot Brunette for girls with a chestnut hair color.
