Description
Oxidizing agent gel with silver nitrate for fixing the color of RefectoCil Sensitive.
Used for dyeing eyelashes and eyebrows with RefectoCil Sensitive dye - a range for sensitive skin.
The dye and developer gel cannot be mixed! They are applied one after the other.
The developer gel is applied after the dye has been applied and removed from the eyebrows or eyelashes.
The effect of the product lasts only 1-3 minutes, after which it is removed with a damp cotton pad.
One pack of developer gel is enough for 4 tubes of dye.
