Take a small amount of the product on an angled brush and distribute it thinly along the bottom of the eyebrow. The line should be even and without any excess. Remember not to apply the product underneath the line, so make sure it is symmetrical. Apply the pencil to the lower line and blend it in with precise strokes following the direction of hair growth.
