The Eyes Make-up Remover Bi-Phase THUYA contains many nourishing components and effectively dissolves waterproof mascara and eyeliner, allowing for easy removal. The product strengthens lashes and moisturizes the eyelid skin. After removing makeup, it is recommended to degrease the periocular area (eye area) before tinting or laminating procedures.
