Payment and delivery in Bombay online store

DELIVERY

Bombay online store works with the delivery courier service "Nova Poshta". Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine. Unfortunately, at the moment we do not deliver to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions (ORDLO).

The goods are delivered to a convenient branch of "Nova Poshta" for the customer. Thus, every resident even in the most remote corners of Ukraine has the opportunity to quickly and reliably receive their order.

Bombay online store asks you to check the completeness and appearance of your order upon receipt. Our clients should not pay for damaged or incomplete orders! In such a case, you must refuse payment and receipt of the goods, and draw up a claim act.

We remind our clients that it is not possible to refuse a part of the goods upon receipt. If the order is no longer relevant for you, refuse it completely and place another request on our website.

PAYMENT

Our clients can pay for the ordered goods in any way convenient for them.

Cash payment

It can be done in cash upon receipt of the order at the "Nova Poshta" branch. Please note that cash payment is only possible in the national currency of Ukraine.

Unfortunately, courier delivery does not yet provide for payment of goods using a terminal.

Online payment

You can pay for the goods online directly when placing an order. This can be done on the Bombay online store website. Please note that we only accept Visa and MasterCard cards. Payment is made without commission.

How does payment occur?

When ordering goods on the website, you must go to the "Payment" section and select "Payment on the website - WayForPay". This action will redirect you to the bank's secure payment page. Here you need to confirm the payment.

Citizens who are outside Ukraine or foreigners can pay for the order using Visa and MasterCard cards. However, they should take into account the rules of their bank when working with foreign payments.

We remind you that in the case of online payment, certain rules apply when receiving the goods. Only the person whose details were indicated in the order when placing it on the Bombay online store website can receive the goods. Therefore, when receiving an order, you must have a passport or other document that confirms your identity.

Non-cash payment

For the convenience of our clients, we provide a service for paying for goods by non-cash settlement.

How does this happen?

When ordering the goods by email or phone, you inform us that you would like to pay for it using non-cash settlement. A store employee sends an invoice to the client in a way convenient for them. It can be paid at any bank branch or from the company's settlement account.
